About modification of the Procedure for financing of improvement of children of insured persons in child care improving facilities by fund of social insurance on temporary disability
According to Articles 11, of 21, 47 and 48 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability decide:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 11, 2009 at No. 502/16518, to add the Section I of the Procedure for financing of improvement of children of insured persons in child care improving facilities by fund of the social insurance on temporary disability approved by the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability of February 25, 2009 No. 17, with Item of the following content:
"1.10. Insurance of children during stay in child care facility of improvement and rest is performed according to the legislation".
2. To provide to executive directorate of Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability state registration of this resolution in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
