1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of July 2, 2009 No. 112 "About approval of the document forms necessary for registration of the organizations as infrastructure facilities of support of small and medium entrepreneurship", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2009 at No. 695/16711.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
