According to the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization solved:

1. Approve Changes in the Working procedures on identification and elimination of action of sources of radio interferences in strips of radio frequencies public approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of April 19, 2007 No. 695, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 19, 2007 at No. 829/14096, and the Regulations on radio-frequency monitoring in strips of radio frequencies public approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of July 16, 2009 No. 1599, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2009 at No. 741/16757, which are applied.

2. To submit to legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
