About technical assistance
The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which further are referred to as with the Parties, recognizing importance of execution of decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states of May 29, 2014 as No. 74 "About the actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation", and also of October 10, 2014 No. 75 "About the actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to common economic space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation taking into account forming of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - road maps), for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about development of economic cooperation in the conditions of Eurasian economic integration (further - the Agreement), agreed as follows:
1. By the this Protocol of the Party according to article 2 of the Agreement approve the list of the actions corresponding to actions of road maps for the total amount of 41038096 (forty one million thirty eight thousand ninety six) US dollars according to appendix.
2. The list of actions of technical assistance to the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix to the this Protocol is its integral part.
3. Disaggregation of actions of technical assistance to the Kyrgyz Republic affirms the Parties jointly: - from the Kyrgyz side - the authorized body performing coordination of activities of state bodies within Eurasian integration; - from the Kazakhstan side - authorized body on budget implementation.
