According to the Law of Ukraine "About radio-frequency resource of Ukraine" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization solved:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on radio-frequency monitoring in strips of radio frequencies public approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of July 16, 2009 No. 1599, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2009 at No. 741/16757 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of April 7, 2015 No. 195 "About approval of Rates for works (services) of the state company "Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies" connected with use of radio-frequency resource of Ukraine and measurement of parameters of telecommunication networks, and recognition voided some solutions of NKRS and NKRSI", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 10, 2015 at No. 687/27132.

3. To submit to department of the state supervision in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. The decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
