According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 14, 2014 "About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 27, 2012 No. 292-4t" I order to No. 470-12t:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about compensation payments to the military personnel and employees of personnel structure of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, to persons, dismissed from service in Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, and to members of their families, approved by the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of July 16, 2009 No. 141, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 2009 for No. 950/16966 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Submit to legal management this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To inform the staff of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of the order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
