Based on Item 3 of Article 185 and part one of Item 3 of article 187 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 "About movement of goods for private use" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish form of the certificate of import of the vehicle (further – UVTS) according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

2.1. registration of the passenger customs declaration by customs authority in document type on paper, except for the passenger customs declaration for express loads (further – PTDEG), UVTS used as the passenger customs declaration in case of its cancellation by customs authority, is performed by putting down of time of registration of the passenger customs declaration or UVTS and print of personal number seal of the official of the customs authority performing registration of the passenger customs declaration or UVTS.

Registration date of the passenger customs declaration in document type on paper, except for PTDEG, or UVTS is put down if date of filling of the passenger customs declaration or date of refusal to use UVTS cancelled on the basis provided by subitem 2.6 of this Item and date of their registration are different.
