2. Establish forms:

2.1. statements for the admission to certification on compliance to qualification requirements according to appendix 1;

2.2. the identification plastic card of the specialist in customs declaring according to appendix 2.

2.3. No. 6 is excluded according to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 24.04.2018

3. Determine that the customs authority holding qualification examination at the physical persons applying for receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs declaring is the organization of education "State institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus".
