1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of resettlement of the unemployed on the directions of public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 1996 No. 51 (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1996, No. 9; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 126, 8/11354; 2007, No. 69, 8/15932; 2008, No. 275, 8/19748; 2012, No. 14, 8/24749), following changes and amendments:
1.1. to exclude from part one of Item 1 of the word "it is developed based on article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2006 " about employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 94, 2/1222) and";
1.2. in Item 3:
shall be replaced with words the words "their families" "members of their families";
add Item with the offer of the following content: "Full age family members move only from their written consent.";
1.3. in item 4 of the word "requests" and "in the place of the stay" to replace respectively with the words "data" and "in the location of free workplaces (vacancies)";
