1. From preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2009 No. 47 "About criteria of mass release of workers" (2009, No. 105, 8/20796) of the word "in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2005 No. 127, of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2009 No. 260 "About determination of criteria of mass release of workers" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
