Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 "About the treatment of radioactive waste" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 530) the following changes and amendments:
1. - add with the paragraph the twenty fifth the following content:
"-monitoring of radiation condition of storage of radioactive waste - permanent observation of storage of radioactive waste for the purpose of determination of the happening changes for timely elimination of their negative impact;".
