Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of January 19, 2010 No. 10 "About approval of the Procedure for determination and the equipment of places of the international post exchange", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 8, 2010 at No. 138/17433.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

3. To provide to department of state-owned property:

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Shulmeyster V. Yu.
