About approval of the Procedure for determination and the equipment of places of the international post exchange
According to item 4 of the Procedure and conditions of implementation of customs control of goods and other objects which move No. 1948 (is sent) through customs border in the international mailings, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 25.12.2002 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination and the equipment of places of the international post exchange (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Public administration of communication (M. Gonchar):
2.1. Submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Provide placement of this order on the official site of Mintranssvyaz.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the head of Public administration of communication M. Gonchar.
