1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2010 No. 1 "About establishment of the form of the receipt on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and approval of the Instruction about procedure for acquisition and use of forms of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and of the organization of acceptance by tax authorities of payments in the budget from physical persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 31, 8/21870; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.02. 2013, 8/26874) following changes:

1.1. to state appendix to this resolution in the following edition:

1.2. to state Item 10 of the Instruction on procedure for acquisition and use of forms of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1 and of the organization of acceptance by tax authorities of payments in the budget from physical persons approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"10. The cash taken from physical persons according to receipts the forms 1, in day of their acceptance is subject to delivery in bank for their transfer in the relevant budget.

In case of impossibility of accomplishment of this requirement money is subject to acceptance in cash desk of inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection and is given in bank the next working day.".

2. Determine that forms of receipts on acceptance of payments in the budget of form 1, made before entry into force of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution, are valid before their complete use.

3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 1.1 of Item 1 and Item 2 of this resolution - since July 1, 2016;

other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
