About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 No. 331

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 No. 331 "About approval of the unified form of the statement which is drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection of observance by the subject of managing of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities IV and V categories of complexity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2017 at No. 73/29941, of figure and the word "IV and V categories of complexity" shall be replaced with words "which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with average and large effects".
2. Bring in the Statement which is drawn up by results of conducting scheduled (unplanned) inspection of observance by the subject of managing of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities IV and V categories of complexity, approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of December 21, 2016 No. 331, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2017 at No. 73/29941, the following changes:
