Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of town-planning activities

1. According to the procedure of imposing of penalties for offenses in the field of town-planning activities, No. 244 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 6, 1995 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 7, Art. 164; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 16, Art. 592; 2013, No. 81, Art. 3003):

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Cases on offenses in the field of town-planning activities according to the powers determined by article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" are considered by such bodies of the state architectural construction supervision:

1) executive bodies concerning the state architectural construction supervision of village, settlement, city councils;

2) structural divisions concerning the state architectural construction supervision of the Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations;

3) Gosarkhstroyinspektion.

Have the right impose penalty on behalf of the bodies specified in paragraphs the second - the fourth Item 2,:

heads of executive bodies concerning the state architectural construction supervision of village, settlement, city councils;
