About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and in connection with reduction of the list of services in compliance with requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine according to which types of banking activities (services) for which in system of the National Bank of Ukraine the payment is levied are determined review of tariff policy of the National Bank of Ukraine on the services provided in separate fields of activity of the National Bank of Ukraine, Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine which performs functions of the Payment institute, the Central router and settlement clearing center, clearing bank of National payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Space" which are applied.

2. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) which are provided the following changes (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 at No. 784/8105 (with changes):

1) in Item 1:

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Rates for the services in transportation of currency values provided by the National Bank of Ukraine which are applied"; to exclude paragraphs of the seventh and eighth.

With respect thereto the ninth - the twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the seventh - the tenth;

the eighth and ninth to exclude paragraphs;
