Requirements to networks of telecommunications of the operator of long distance and (or) international telecommunication

1. In these requirements the following terms, determinations and reducings are used:

1) interaction of communication networks - joint functioning of technologically integrated networks for the purpose of accomplishment of general tasks;

2) intra-zone primary network (further - VZPS) - the part of primary network providing connection among themselves of standard channels of transfer of different local primary networks of one zone of numbering of FEET;

3) secondary communication network - set of the lines and channels of secondary network formed based on primary network, stations and nodes of switching or stations and nodes of switchings, and intended for the organization of bonds between two or more certain points. Borders of secondary network are joints of this network with subscriber terminals;
