About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2003 No. 983 "About formation of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of fight against illegal export, import and human trafficking" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 39, the Art. 400).

2. Item of 3 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 23, 2005 No. 493 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 21, the Art. 259).

3. Item 4 of changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2007 No. 905 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 37, the Art. 419).

4. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 6, 2008 No. 547 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2003 No. 983" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 29, the Art. 285).
