About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on delivery of electrical energy
According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", to articles 6 and 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on delivery of electrical energy which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate to bring the economic activity into accord with requirements of this resolution and to file to NKREKP documents and data determined by part three of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of publication in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper and becomes effective since September 1, 2017.
