About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2014 No. 73 and of March 23, 2016 No. 239

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2014 No. 73 "Questions of realization of pilot project on implementation of state regulation of the prices of insulin medicines" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, Art. 756; 2015, No. 54, Art. 1748; 2016, No. 3, the Art. 173, No. 28, the Art. 1111) and of March 23, 2016 No. 239 "Some questions of cost recovery of medicines of insulin" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 28, the Art. 1111) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2014 No. 73 and of March 23, 2016 No. 239

1. To state paragraph two of the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 5, 2014 to No. 73 in the following edition:

"Turnover of medicines of insulin, in particular compensation of their cost at the expense of means of local budgets, is performed at the level not above the approved MZ of the reference price (compensation price) of medicine;".

2. According to the procedure of cost recovery of medicines of insulin, No. 239 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2016:
