The changes and amendment brought in some Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 26, 2010 No. PP-1326 "About measures for further enhancement of the organization of activities of the Dehkan markets and malls":

a) the fourth Item 3 after the words "in the territory of the markets" to add the paragraph with words "(except for withdrawal of the parcels of land for construction in the territory of the Dehkan (food) markets of modern malls according to the legislation)";

b) to exclude from paragraph two of item 4 of the word "not below the minimum sizes established on annual basis by the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
