For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 29, 1998 "About payments and money transfers" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed categories of the trade (servicing) organizations obliged to accept payments with use of payment cards when implementing trading activities (rendering services) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2005 and is subject to publication.
