1. Approve the enclosed separate types of activity when which implementing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan individual entrepreneurs or legal entities shall provide installation in places of implementation of the activities of the equipment (device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of payment cards and also accept payments with use of payment cards.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2004 No. 1328 "About approval of categories of the trade (servicing) organizations obliged to accept payments with use of payment cards when implementing trading activities (rendering services) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 49, the Art. 629);

2) Item of 6 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 18, 2011 No. 820 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 47, the Art. 643).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.

2) till January 1, 2014 concerning the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities applying special tax regime according to the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
