Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2012 No. 1743 "About approval of separate types of activity when which implementing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan individual entrepreneurs or legal entities shall provide installation in places of implementation of the activities of the equipment (device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of payment cards and also accept payments with use of payment cards" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 6, the Art. 142).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
