Rules of determination of the safety area with particular legal regime of subject to use of atomic energy

1. These rules establish procedure for determination of the safety area with particular legal regime (further - the safety area) subject to use of atomic energy (further - object).

Action of these rules does not extend to the objects located in the closed administrative-territorial educations.

2. Safety areas are established for the purpose of increase in level of anti-terrorist security of objects by results of their categorization.

The list of objects for which safety areas are established affirms in accordance with the established procedure.

3. In case of determination of the safety area the organization operating object is guided by the material safety data sheet of object prepared taking into account analysis results of vulnerability of object and efficiency evaluation of its physical protection.
