According to the subitem 50 of Item 1 of Article 2 and Item 12 of Article 266 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of separate types of car - and motor-vehicles and trail cars to car - and to motor-vehicles, being vehicles for private use;

Procedure for determination of the moment of release and engine capacity of car - and the motor-vehicles which are vehicles for private use.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017.

The list of separate types of car - and motor-vehicles and trail cars to car - and to motor-vehicles, being vehicles for private use

1. Cars (except for the cars which are specially intended for the medical purposes) and the other motor vehicles intended mainly for transportation of people, classified in goods item of 8703 CN FEA EEU.

2. The ATVs, snowmobiles, snow and swamp-going vehicles, motor-all-terrain vehicles and other motor vehicles which are not intended for movement on public roads (except for the racing cars which are not intended for movement on public roads), 8703 CN FEA EEU classified in goods item.
