About approval of the Procedure for carrying out identification survey of goods and other objects by the customs applicant

In pursuance of requirements of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.06.97 N 574 (with changes and amendments), Regulations on activities of the companies performing declaring based on the agreement approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 22.07.97 N 340 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.10.97 for N 495/2299, for the purpose of realization of the rights and obligations of the customs applicant I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out identification survey of goods and other objects as the customs applicant (further - the Procedure) who is applied.

2. To management of the organization of customs control (Lyadenko I. G.) and (Melnik M. V.) to provide to Legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management of the analysis, forecasting and public relations (Kozik L. G.) provide illumination of this order in mass media.

4. To provide to administration (Karpenko V. P.) after state registration of the order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine replication and its mailing in customs.

5. To chiefs of customs:

5.1. Inform subjects of foreign economic activity and the interested organizations on requirements of this order, including by lighting it in local mass media and at evident information stands in locations of the relevant divisions of customs and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.
