About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2002 No. 1063 and of February 29, 2012 No. 152

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2002 No. 1063 "About creation of the National anti-doping center" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 31, Art. 1469; 2004, No. 30, Art. 2009; 2006, No. 26, the Art. 1883) and of February 29, 2012 No. 152 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, the Art. 614, No. 45, the Art. 1752, No. 83, Art. 3353; 2013, No. 17, Art. 584, No. 90, Art. 3310; 2015, No. 65, Art. 2156; 2016, No. 2, Art. 73, No. 16, Art. 634; 2017, No. 4, the Art. 116) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2002 No. 1063 and of February 29, 2012 No. 152

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2002 No. 1063:

1) in the resolution:

exclude Items 3 and 4;

in Item 5 of the word to "The ministry of cases of family, youth and sport" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of youth and sport", and the word to "Committee" - the word to "Ministry";

2) in Regulations on the National anti-doping center approved by the specified resolution:

in the first offer of Item 1 of the word "state budgetary institution which treats the sphere of management of Minsemyamolodsport" shall be replaced with words "specialized public institution which belongs to the sphere of management of Minmolodsport";
