Add Rules of issue of the Russian permissions and special one-time permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation from the territory or on the territory of the third state to foreign carriers, and also foreign permissions and multilateral permissions to the Russian carriers, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 89 "About approval of Rules of issue of the Russian permissions and special one-time permissions to implementation of the international motor transportation from the territory or on the territory of the third state to foreign carriers, and also foreign permissions and multilateral permissions to the Russian carriers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 745; 2015, No. 25, Art. 3652), Item 17 of the following content:

Issue of the specified Russian permissions to the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation is performed by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation based on the request of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation containing in the relation of each vehicle information on the state of registration, registration signs, route of the international motor transportation, the place of entrance on the territory of the Russian Federation and the place of departure from the territory of the Russian Federation.".
