1. Part one of Item 84 of the Rules of use of airspace of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1471 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 190, 5/24224), to add with words ", and also in cases when it is necessary to execute landing (take-off) to the airfield of aircrafts of the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned by the President of the Republic of Belarus".
2. Provide to the Ministry of Emergency Situations annual approval of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom of flights of aircrafts of the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations over the settlements located in the territories of the respective areas (Minsk) and accomplishment of landings (take-off) to specially provided airfields or sites of the area conforming to requirements imposed to airfields.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 29, 2017.
