1. Form under Public service on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections Interdepartmental mobile group on prevention and identification of violations of the veterinary and sanitary legislation.

2. Approve Regulations on Interdepartmental mobile group on prevention and identification of violations of the veterinary and sanitary legislation which are applied.

Regulations on Interdepartmental mobile group on prevention and identification of violations of the veterinary and sanitary legislation

1. The interdepartmental mobile group on prevention and identification of violations of the veterinary and sanitary legislation, including concerning control when moving animals and foodstuff of animal origin (further - Interdepartmental mobile group), is created for the purpose of non-admission and/or suppression of violations in the field of veterinary medicine and the sphere of safety and separate indicators of quality of foodstuff. Representatives of Gosprodpotrebsluzhby and National police are part of Interdepartmental mobile group.

2. The interdepartmental mobile group in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of Interdepartmental mobile group are:

prevention of violations of the veterinary and sanitary legislation, including concerning control when moving animals and foodstuff of animal origin, identification and/or the termination of such violations;
