About approval of the Regulations on functional subsystem of the prevention and liquidation of threat or emergence of emergency situations in road economy (through Ukravtodor)

According to part two of article 9 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, third the subitem 31 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, and to the Regulations on single state system of civil protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 9, 2014 No. 11, I order to the paragraph:

1. Approve Regulations on functional subsystem of the prevention and liquidation of threat or emergence of emergency situations in road economy (through Ukravtodor) which is applied.

2. And technical regulation to provide to management of safety on transport:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lavrenyuk Yu. F.
