About modification of the Regulations on procedure for provision of lease of state-owned property
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property and creating favorable conditions for subjects of entrepreneurship the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Paragraph one of Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for provision in lease of the state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 No. 102 (2009, 4, the Art. 26) to state the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan to No. in the following edition:
"The maximum lease term of state-owned property constitutes five years, and for small business entities, including the private medical organizations, - ten years, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation".
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
