About approval of Changes in form of the tax declaration on rent payment

According to Item 6 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 20, 2016 to No. 1791-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts in 2017", to Item 5 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 21, 2016 No. 1797-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning improvement of the investment climate in Ukraine" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve Changes in the form of the tax declaration on rent payment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 17, 2015 No. 719, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2015 at No. 1051/27496 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 7, 2016 No. 927) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except item 4 of the Changes approved by Item 1 of this order which becomes effective since January 01, 2018.
