2. Determine that:

a) ceased to be valid;

b) in case of investment of means of the pension accruals delivered by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in trust management of the managing company which is selected on tender:

securities which were acquired before entry into force of this resolution at the expense of means of pension accruals as meeting the requirement about availability at the issuer (release) of securities of the corresponding score of long-term creditworthness assigned by the international rating agency are subject to sale no later than 12 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in case of absence at the issuer (release) of securities or the legal entity whose solidary guarantee provides obligation fulfillment on such securities, it is not lower than the BBB-(RU) level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company);

securities which on the date of entry into force of this resolution met the requirement about availability at the issuer (release) of securities of the corresponding rating of long-term creditworthness can be acquired in case of availability at the issuer (release) of securities or the legal entity whose solidary guarantee provides obligation fulfillment on such securities, it is not lower than the BBB-(RU) level of credit score on national rating scale for the Russian Federation, assigned by credit rating agency Analytical Credit Rating Agency (Joint-stock company);
