About procedure for establishment (cancellation) for export restrictions of goods according to the international obligations of Ukraine
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for ensuring execution of decisions of the UN Security Council on establishment (cancellation) of embargo on commodity export and the Procedure for the solution of the questions connected with establishment (cancellation) of export restrictions of goods which international transfers are subject to the state export control (are applied).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

1. This Provision determines procedure for ensuring execution of decisions of the UN Security Council with Ukraine on establishment (cancellation) of embargo on commodity export.
2. In this Provision the term "embargo" (complete or partial) is understood as prohibition (restriction) of commodity export to the states determined by relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council.
3. In case of adoption by the UN Security Council of the decision on establishment of embargo the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ministry and other central executive bodies perform adequate measures on its execution by Ukraine, observing the terms determined by this decision.
4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in three-day time after adoption by the UN Security Council of the decision on establishment (cancellation) of embargo informs on it the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Public service of export control of Ukraine and/or the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, and also the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
