RULES OF PROVISION OF SERVICES OF CABLE COMMUNICATION

1. General provisions

1.1 Rules of provision of services of cable communication (daleepravil) are developed according to the Law on telecommunication, the Law on mail, the Marine life protection act of the rights of consumers, the Order of interaction of Operators of telecommunication in case of provision of services of cable communication between the CIS countries, the Republic Lithuania and the Republic Estonia, and also regulate the relations between the Operator and the user of services of cable communication.

1.2 Rules regulate the relations between the Operator and users of services of cable communication in the course of departure of telegrams by physical persons or legal entities, and also in the course of delivery of the telegrams addressed to legal entities or physical persons.

These rules are obligatory for Operators of telecommunication of the Republic of Moldova who provide services of cable communication, and also for users of these services.

The operator shall provide to the user, according to its requirement, unconditional access to these rules.

1.3 Activities of the Operator providing services of cable communication are regulated by international agreements, legislative and regulations of the Republic of Moldova, including:

- Law on telecommunication;
