About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming of the unified systematized register of functions of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of carrying out systematization of functions of state bodies of the executive authority, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming of the unified systematized register of functions of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - state bodies):

- to carry out primary inventory count of functions of state bodies to three-months time;

- in a month after carrying out primary inventory count to create departmental registers of functions of state bodies;

- provide departmental registers of functions of state bodies to authorized state body on maintaining the unified systematized register of functions.

3. Determine that action of the paragraph of the fourth Item 2 of this resolution does not extend to the state bodies knowing questions of defense, protection of frontier, homeland security and law and order.

4. Determine the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized state body by maintaining the unified systematized register of functions.

5. To authorized state body on maintaining the unified systematized register of functions:

- organize examination of the introduced departmental registers of functions of state bodies;

- after conducting examination of departmental registers of functions of state bodies to create the draft of the unified systematized register of functions of state bodies and to bring in Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- render methodical and advisory assistance to state bodies in carrying out inventory count of functions and application of the above-stated Provision.
