Make changes to the Procedure for recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", No. 795 "Some questions of realization of part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On obligatory national pension insurance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 30, 2013" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 87, of the Art. 3208), having stated it in edition which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" in connection with increase in indicator of the average salary (income) in Ukraine with which insurance premiums are paid.
2. The pensions granted according to the addresses which arrived till December 31 of the year preceding year in which recalculation is carried out are subject to recalculation.
