About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:

For the purpose of quality assurance of provision of social services to the requirements established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of social servicing of the population, accreditations are subject the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing rendering social services to clients of social service within the state social order.

Accreditation of the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing financed by other means except means from the government budget, can be carried out on voluntary basis.

The procedure for accreditation of the semiportable organizations and organizations of social servicing rendering social services to clients of social service affirms the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
