1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out planning, monitoring and assessment of effectiveness of agreement performance about association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, from other party (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. To ministers, heads of other central executive bodies, the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to determine from among the deputies, heads or deputy managers of structural divisions in the device of persons, actionees of the actions plan on agreement performance provided by Procedure what to inform in a month Government office of coordination of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on.
