On regulation of collection, procurement and realization of secondary resources

For the purpose of the correct application and compliance with law about the secondary material resources N787-XIII of March 26, 1996. (The official monitor, 1996, N 31, of the Art. 320), and also for ensuring integrity of power networks, communication networks, industrial equipment and equipment and strengthening of measures for protection of the specified and other material values the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for procurement (delivery) and realization of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to the appendix N1;

Provision about sb9ore, procurement and supply of secondary raw materials according to the appendix N2.

2. Prohibit:

purchase of scrap and waste of cable and conduction products, components of the electric equipment and means of communication;

collection and purchase at physical persons of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the rechargeable batteries except for fulfilled;

delivery of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to the local economic agents who do not have the tax relations with the state budget system, except as specified permitted by the Government according to provisions of the Law N1361-XIV of November 3, 2000.

Provide to the Ministry of Economics based on decisions of the Government issue of permissions to each batch of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

4. To the Ministry of Economics and reforms together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the interested ministries and organizations, bodies of local public authority in a month:
