2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for determination of producers and buyers of alcohol and control of its turnover

1. To exclude paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of Item 2.

2. Paragraphs first, third - the sixth Item 3 to exclude.

3. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. For receipt of alcohol the buyer provides to the supplier:

the power of attorney of the buyer for the established form - in case of receipt of alcohol by the representative of the buyer at the supplier;

the payment document about introduction of payment for alcohol;
