1. Approve Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources (further - Goskomgeologiya) according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that:
Goskomgeologiya's workers have the right to monthly allowances for uninterrupted length of service of work (length of service);
the sizes of budgetary appropriations and assignments of GP "Navoiy MMC" and JSC Almalyksky MMC, allowances intended for payment for uninterrupted length of service of work (length of service) to Goskomgeologiya's workers who are directly involved in implementation of state programs of development and reproduction of mineral resources (further - programs), are determined annually by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of their development and approval by reasonable calculations of Goskomgeologiya;
