In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 7, 2017 the No. UP-4947 "About the Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The text of the note to the List of the types of products made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and imported on its territory, subjects of obligatory certification, to No. 122 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 28, 2011 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 4, Art. 30), to state in the following edition:
"* Confirmation of conformity of products can be performed by declaring of compliance.
** Confirmation of conformity can be performed by declaring of compliance or the notification by the producer only on products made in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
*** Only applied in the food industry, in production of pharmaceutical products and forages for animals. Confirmation of conformity can be performed by declaring of compliance.
**** Confirmation of conformity can be performed by recognition of the certificates of conformity or the declaration of conformity issued by accredited bodies on certification of foreign countries only on the imported products".
2. To the Uzstandart agency in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by it into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzavtosanoat U. U. Rozukulov.
