About modification of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) in Item 15:

in official language to exclude the word "irrigated";

Item 1 of Article 74 in state language to state 3) in the following edition:
