1. In Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of form of information on accomplishment by producers and suppliers in the accounting period of obligation on ensuring collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and waste of the packaging approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2015 No. 6 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.04. 2015, 8/29778), words "third and fourth" shall be replaced with words "third or fifth".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
