To the Ministry of Education and Science, the central executive bodies, National academy of Sciences, to national industry academies of Sciences, other bodies which sphere of management treat (under which authority are) scientific institutions to provide since 2017 carrying out the state certification of scientific institutions according to the Procedure approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
