in three-months time to draft in the new edition the bill of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state awards", having provided in it fixing of legal status of the Commission, establishment of single requirements to questions of organization of departmental awards, determination of procedure for initiation of representation to the state awards, their deliveries, carrying, storage and use of the image of the state awards;
in a month to make offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.
